Scope

This standard specifies guidelines for safe installation, operating procedures, and maintenance procedures for pneumatic instruments driven by process associated gases. This standard does not apply to pneumatic devices driven by associated gas where the associated gas is sealed and cannot be vented to the atmosphere. This standard does not apply to the parts of electronic devices used to assemble pneumatic instruments.
