Scope

This part of GB/T 26332 describes the coating surface of all coated optical components and substrates except ophthalmic optics (glasses), and formulates the standard expression of relevant parameters, defines the surface characteristic parameters and their inspection and testing method, without specifying its processing method. This section defines terms related to optical films. The terms are grouped into 4 categories: Basic Definitions, Thin Films by Function, Definitions of Common Thin Film Defects, and Other Definitions.
