本标准规定了含碘消毒剂（碘酊、碘伏）的原料和技术要求、应用范围、使用方法，检验方法，标志和包装、运输和贮存、标签和说明书及注意事项。
本标准适用于含有效碘18g/L~22g/L的碘酊和有效碘2g/L~10g/L的碘伏，用于皮肤、黏膜及手消毒的消毒剂。

Scope

This standard specifies the raw materials and technical requirements, scope of application, usage methods, inspection methods, signs, packaging, transportation, storage, labels, instructions and precautions of iodine-containing disinfectants (tincture of iodine, povidone iodine). This standard applies to iodine tincture containing available iodine 18g/L-22g/L and iodophors containing available iodine 2g/L-10g/L, which are used as disinfectants for skin, mucous membrane and hand disinfection. Iodophor disinfectants specified in this standard refer to complex iodine disinfectants made of iodine, polyvinylpyrrolidone (povidone) and polyol ether nonionic surfactants, potassium iodide and other components.
