《GB/T 26370-2020含溴消毒剂卫生要求》由628(国家疾病预防控制局)归口,主管部门为国家疾病预防控制局。
Introduction
Core changes in the standard revision
| Dimensions | 2010 Edition | 2020 Edition | Technical significance |
|---|---|---|---|
| Scope of application | Exclude compound disinfectants | Clearly define single-ingredient disinfectants | Improve the pertinence of the standard |
| Physical and chemical indicators | No bromine/chlorine content requirements | Add mass fraction requirements | Strengthen ingredient control |
| Dosage form requirements | Basic indicators only | Increase tablet differentiation and disintegration time | Improve dosage form specifications |
Analysis of key technical requirements
1. Ingredient control indicators
Brominated chloro-5,5-dimethylhydantoin disinfectant must meet the following requirements: effective halogen (as Cl) ≥ 56.0%, bromine mass fraction 31.0%~35.0%, chlorine mass fraction 13.0%~17.0%. 1,3-Dibromo-5,5-dimethylhydantoin disinfectant requires effective bromine (as Br) ≥ 108%, and drying loss ≤ 0.5%.
2. Microbial killing efficiency
The killing logarithm of Bacillus subtilis var. niger in suspension method test should be ≥5.00, and the killing logarithm of natural bacteria in field test should be ≥1.00. The killing logarithm of all indicator bacteria in simulated field test should be ≥3.00.
Application implementation suggestions
1. Water body disinfection operation
bromine chlorine hydrazine disinfectant is recommended for swimming pool water treatment, and the effective halogen concentration should be maintained at 2~5mg/L, and the contact time should be guaranteed for 30 minutes after addition.
2. Key points for disinfection of epidemic sources
1000~2000mg/L effective bromine solution should be used for surface disinfection of objects, and the action time should be ≥30 minutes. For sewage disinfection, add 10~20mg/L of effective bromine, and the contact time should be ≥90 minutes.
3. Stability control
The product should be stored away from light and moisture, and the ambient temperature should be ≤30℃. The effective bromine/halogen decline rate should be tested every quarter, and it will be considered invalid if it exceeds 10%.
Key points of the test method
- Iodine titration: titrate with 0.1mol/L sodium thiosulfate standard solution, and judge by the starch indicator endpoint
- Solubility test: Determine in 20℃ pure water according to GB/T21845, and control the stirring speed at 100rpm
- Tablet difference: Take 20 tablets for testing, and the weight difference limit is ±7.5% (average weight ≤80mg)
