《GB/T 2654-2008焊接接头硬度试验方法》由TC55（全国焊接标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了金属材料电弧焊焊接接头硬度试验方法。本标准适用于金属材料的电弧焊接头，其他接头种类（如压焊接头和堆焊金属）的硬度测试亦可参照本标准实验。本标准不适用于奥氏体不锈钢焊缝的硬度试验。 本标准等同采用ＩＳＯ９０１５-１：２００１《金属材料焊缝破坏性试验　硬度试验　电弧焊接头硬度试验》（英文版）。本标准是对ＧＢ／Ｔ２６５４―１９８９《焊接接头及堆焊金属硬度试验方法》的修订。 本标准与ＧＢ／Ｔ２６５４―１９８９相比，主要修改内容如下：
―――增加了“原理”、“符号及说明”、“试样的制备”部分内容；
―――删去了原标准“堆焊金属硬度试验”的内容；
―――增加了“试验报告示例”部分。

1 Scope

This standard specifies the hardness test methods on welded joints.
This standard is applicable to the arc welded joints of metallic materials, and the hardness tests on other joints (such as pressure welded joint and surfacing metal) may also be implemented by reference to this standard.
This standard is not applicable to the hardness test on austenitic stainless steel welds.
