Scope
This standard specifies the main characteristics of the terrestrial digital television broadcasting transmission system conforming to GB 20600-2006, and gives the guiding opinions on establishing a broadcasting network conforming to GB 20600-2006, including the general structure of single frequency network and multi-frequency network Characteristic description, program distribution, possibility and constraints of sharing transmitting sites with analog TV, and network planning. This standard applies to terrestrial digital television broadcasting systems in compliance with GB 20600-2006, and can be used as the technical basis for establishing terrestrial digital television broadcasting networks, and is used to standardize and guide the implementation and operation of broadcasting networks.
