《GB/T 26727-2022回收铟原料》由TC243(全国有色金属标准化技术委员会)归口,TC243SC3(全国有色金属标准化技术委员会稀有金属分会)执行,主管部门为中国有色金属工业协会。

Introduction

1. Background and significance of standard formulation

GB/T26727-2022 "Recycling of Indium Raw Materials" is revised on the basis of the 2011 version, aiming to meet the needs of industry development and standardize the classification, technical requirements and application of recycled indium raw materials. As an important rare metal, indium has a wide range of uses in semiconductors, display screens and other fields. The standardized recycling of its waste is of great significance to resource utilization and environmental protection.

2. Comparison of standard frameworks

Dimensions Old standard (GB/T26727-2011) New standard (GB/T26727-2022)
Scope of application Mainly for indium waste Extended to the full life cycle management of recycled indium raw materials
Classification system Divided into six categories of products Optimized to five categories, with a new semiconductor material category
Technical requirements Focus on chemical composition testing Strengthen the control of purity and inclusions

3. Interpretation of the main contents of the standard

3.1 Classification and technical requirements

The new standard divides the recycled indium raw materials into five categories, including pure indium materials (category I), ITO target materials (category II), indium-containing chemicals and casting materials (category III), indium alloy materials (category IV) and indium-containing semiconductor materials (category V). Each category is further classified according to the indium content and inclusions to ensure the consistency and traceability of raw material quality.

3.2 Test methods and inspection rules

The standard stipulates test methods such as chemical composition detection and moisture determination, and emphasizes that the supply and demand parties should negotiate to determine the specific test plan. In addition, the acceptance procedures and arbitration mechanism are clarified to ensure the proper resolution of product quality disputes.

3.3 Marking and Packaging Requirements

The new standard sets clear requirements for the identification, packaging methods and storage conditions of recycled indium raw materials, including label content (product name, category level, etc.), packaging form and waterproof and fireproof measures to ensure safety and standardization during the logistics process.

4. Implementation Suggestions

To ensure the effective implementation of the standard, it is recommended that companies:

  • Establish an internal training mechanism to enhance the understanding and implementation capabilities of relevant personnel of the new standard.
  • Optimize the supply chain management process and strictly classify and test raw materials in accordance with standard requirements.
  • Strengthen cooperation with third-party testing agencies to ensure that product quality meets national standards.
  • Regularly evaluate the implementation effect and adjust production and quality management strategies in a timely manner.
