Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, basic structure, requirements, performance parameters, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of industrial X-ray CT devices (hereinafter referred to as CT devices). This standard applies to fixed and mobile industrial X-ray CT devices using low-energy X-ray sources using X-ray tubes and high-energy X-ray sources using electron linear accelerators.
