Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, symbols and units, product classification and marking, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of solar air collectors. This standard applies to flat-plate solar air collectors with a single inlet and a single outlet (hereinafter referred to as flat-plate collectors) that use solar radiation heating, have a transparent cover, and have a heat transfer medium of air. It is a non-concentrating all-glass vacuum tube solar air collector for air (hereinafter referred to as vacuum tube collector).
