Scope

This standard specifies the operating methods of clinical diagnosis of canine distemper, pathogen isolation of canine distemper virus, immunoenzyme detection, immunohistochemical detection, and RT-PCR detection. This standard applies to the identification of canine distemper and its epidemiological investigation, diagnosis and monitoring. Among them, virus isolation, immunoenzyme detection, immunohistochemical detection, and RT-PCR detection are suitable for the pathogenic diagnosis of canine distemper.
