Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation, storage and safety of triisopropanolamine for industrial use. This standard applies to the reaction of propylene oxide and liquid ammonia to obtain industrial triisopropanolamine (including isomers) through rectification. Molecular formula: C9H21O3N Chemical formula: [CH3CH(OH)CH2]3N relative molecular mass : 191.27 (according to the international relative atomic mass in 2007)
