Scope

This standard specifies the method for measuring the laser performance of neodymium-doped yttrium aluminum garnet (Nd:YAG for short) laser rods in a standard laser cavity with a wavelength of 1064nm. This standard is applicable to the measurement of Nd:YAG crystals, Nd-doped glass and ceramic laser rods can also be used as a reference.
