《GB/T 27698.3-2023热交换器及传热元件性能测试方法 第3部分:传热元件》由TC262(全国锅炉压力容器标准化技术委员会)归口,TC262SC5(全国锅炉压力容器标准化技术委员会热交换器分会)执行,主管部门为国家标准委。
Introduction
1. Standard Overview
GB/T 27698.3—2023 is the third part of "Performance Test Methods for Heat Exchangers and Heat Transfer Elements", which mainly focuses on the performance test of heat transfer elements (such as heat exchange tubes, heat exchange tube bundles and heat exchange plate bundles). This standard replaces GB/T 27698.5—2011 and GB/T 27698.6—2011, and adds a number of technical requirements and test methods.
2. Comparison of standard frameworks
| Version | Heat exchange tube parameters | New content |
|---|---|---|
| GB/T 27698.3—2011 | Basic parameters such as inner diameter, outer diameter and length of heat exchange tubes | - |
| GB/T 27698.3—2023 | Added parameter requirements for heat exchange tube bundles and heat exchange plate bundles | Added test conditions and measurement parameters for heat exchange tube bundles and plate bundles |
3. Core Technical Points
3.1 Test Requirements for Heat Exchange Tube Bundles and Plate Bundles
The testing of heat exchange tube bundles and heat exchange plate bundles requires the clarification of the following parameters:
- Plate corrugation form (corrugation angle, depth, spacing)
- Single plate heat transfer area
- Flow channel cross-sectional area
3.2 Calculation Method of Total Heat Transfer Coefficient
The calculation formula for the total heat transfer coefficient (k) is:
k = Φₘ / (A Δtₘ)
Where: A is the heat transfer area, Δtₘ is the logarithmic mean temperature difference.
4. Implementation Suggestions
- Strictly select test equipment and measuring instruments in accordance with the standard requirements to ensure that their accuracy meets the requirements of Table 2.
- In laboratory tests, keep the ambient temperature not lower than 10℃ and control the air side flow pressure drop within the allowable range.
- When processing test data, pay attention to calculating the relative error of thermal balance (ΔΦ) to ensure that it is no more than 5%.
