Scope

This standard specifies the test methods for calibration of mass indication of thermogravimetric analyzers. This standard applies to mass/gravimetric calibration or performance confirmation of thermogravimetric analyzers, and is applicable to commercial and custom equipment. This standard does not cover all safety issues related to its use. Before using this standard method, it is the user's responsibility to establish appropriate safety and health practices and confirm the applicability of the specifications.
