《GB/T 27797.1-2011纤维增强塑料 试验板制备方法 第1部分：通则》由TC39（全国纤维增强塑料标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国建筑材料联合会。
Scope
The various parts of GB/T 27797 specify the preparation methods of fiber reinforced plastic plates for sample processing to determine the properties of composite materials and the content of each component. These methods are applicable to all major reinforcement materials and resin matrices. The method of preparation of the test panel depends on: a) Reinforcement material: - composition (glass, carbon, aramid, etc.); - form (roving, felt, fabric, etc.); - relative to the length, width, thickness of the panel ( fiber) direction; — content in reinforced plastics. b) matrix (thermoplastic or thermoset); c) expected properties; d) preparation process. The mechanical properties of reinforced plastics are closely related to the preparation process, and the same process should be used as much as possible when preparing the test plate. This part of GB/T 27797 describes the general requirements for various preparation methods.
