Scope
This part of GB/T 27797 specifies the general principles and procedures for preparing test panels by molding with two fiber-reinforced thermosetting molding compounds, namely sheet molding compound (SMC) and bulk molding compound (BMC). The purpose of this part of GB/T 27797 is to ensure that flat test panels are made to cut test specimens (see Appendix A for relevant test methods). Cut samples from the test plate prepared by this method, and the test results are representative.
