This standard is applicable to the determination of the free energy of the instantaneous liquid-gas interface formed on the surface. This standard applies to liquids whose vapor pressure is less than or equal to 30.0 kPa and whose kinematic viscosity is less than or equal to 4.0 mm/s at the test temperature.
