1. Impact absorption performance test
Using 1#/2# head mold, a 5kg weight is free-falling from a height of 1m, and the peak force is required to be ≤4.9kN. The test device includes:
- Concrete base (≥500kg)
- Dynamic force sensor (range 20kN)
- Hemispherical impact head (radius 48mm)
2. Puncture resistance test
Using a 3kg puncture cone (cone angle 60°), falling from a height of 1m. Critical control points:
