Scope
This part of GB/T 28227 gives guidelines for theaters to implement a service quality management system, and puts forward requirements for theater service quality management systems, management responsibilities, resource management, theater services, and measurement, analysis and improvement. This section applies to professional cinemas and independent or relatively independent fixed film screening places. Open-air cinemas can be implemented by reference.
