Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements for the dismantling, treatment and recycling of waste refrigeration appliances and cathode ray tube display equipment (CRT). This standard applies to the recycling and processing equipment of the following waste electrical and electronic products: room air conditioners, refrigerators and other refrigeration appliances, computer CRT display equipment and televisions and other equipment containing cathode ray tubes (CRT). Other recycling equipment for waste electrical and electronic products can refer to this standard.
