Scope

This standard specifies the test method for testing the bonding strength of the vacuum coating film layer by adhesive tape, and specifies the test tools, sample collection requirements and procedures, result evaluation and evaluation, etc. It is applicable to the bonding between the film layer and the plastic substrate Bond Strength Test. This standard applies to polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) and polyethylene terephthalate (PET) by evaporation, sputtering, ion plating and other vacuum coating methods within the pressure range of 10-4 Pa to 10Pa. Metal film layers and non-metal film layers are prepared on plastic substrates such as alcohol resin (PET) and polycarbonate (PC), and are also suitable for film layers prepared by other vacuum coating methods.
