Scope

This standard specifies the requirements for the discharge of oily sewage from fishing vessels, and the requirements for the equipment, installation, use, maintenance and testing of collection devices and separation equipment. This standard applies to the discharge requirements of oily sewage from fishing vessels (less than 10,000 gross tons).
