Scope

This standard specifies the basic guidelines for introducing advanced technology into national standards related to high-voltage switchgear and control equipment. These advanced technologies are required to enable users of switchgear to maximize the benefits brought by electronic equipment. This standard defines the technology to allow the whole or part of the auxiliary equipment related to switchgear and controlgear to adopt electronic devices. New clauses have been introduced in this standard to cover these technologies. It also defines the different levels of functions that should be guaranteed, as well as the corresponding delimitation conditions, it will: - Provide the user with an operational safety guarantee independent of the selected technology. This requires, for example, that in the case of transmitters, there should be provisions concerning accuracy, response time, testability, etc. — Allow the manufacturer to guarantee the required functions through its own unique technology. You can choose to use or not use optical fiber, digital connection or traditional connection communication network, etc. - When necessary, the electronic devices in the intelligent switchgear shall be tested together with the high-voltage switchgear. ——See GB/T 28811 for the interface standards of high-voltage switchgear and control equipment.
