Introduction
1. Background and significance of standard formulation
This standard replaces GB/T2882-2013 and mainly regulates the classification, technical requirements and test methods of nickel and nickel alloy tubes. Nickel and nickel alloys have important application value in the fields of chemical industry, instrumentation, electronics, etc. due to their excellent corrosion resistance.

3. Suggestions for standard implementation
Case Analysis: When a chemical enterprise purchases nickel alloy tubes, it should focus on the chemical composition and room temperature mechanical properties of the materials. According to the provisions of Table 7, when the wall thickness of N6 grade is ≥0.90mm, the tensile strength requirement is ≥370MPa and the elongation after fracture requirement is ≥35%.
It is recommended that enterprises specify the product's accuracy grade and inspection items when signing a contract, and ensure that the supplier provides complete accompanying documents (such as quality certificates and certificates of conformity).
