Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, basic parameters, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marks, instructions for use, packaging and storage of DC differential transformer displacement sensors. This standard is applicable to the DC differential transformer type displacement sensor (hereinafter referred to as the sensor) which is composed of an oscillator, a differential transformer and a demodulator.
