Scope

This standard specifies the detection methods for the serological and molecular biological characteristics of bluespot virus. This standard is applicable to the detection of blue ringspot virus in plant materials such as seeds, bulbs, flowers and seedlings, as well as the detection of the virus in transmission media such as aphids.
