This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage, Safety. This standard is mainly applicable to high-boiling aromatic hydrocarbon solvents used as thinners for paints and raw materials for the production of pesticide emulsifiers and other chemical products.
