《GB/T 29789-2013辐射防护仪器 放射性惰性气体取样和监测设备》由TC30(全国核仪器仪表标准化技术委员会)归口,TC30SC3(全国核仪器仪表标准化技术委员会辐射防护仪器分会)执行,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
―――在工作场所、排放点的气态排出流以及环境中测量放射性惰性气体的体积活度及其随时间变化;
―――在正常运行工况期间以及在应急工况下(包括事故期间和事故后)进行测量;
―――当超过预置体积活度或浓度或预置总排放活度时,启动报警;
―――确定在给定时间范围内排放的气体总活度和(或)提供不同排放气体混合物的组成信息;
Scope
This standard applies to equipment for sampling and continuous measurement of radioactive noble gases in the workplace, in gaseous effluent streams discharged into the environment, and in the environment itself. Prescribed monitoring is a continuous and real-time measurement process. This International Standard covers the process of sampling or obtaining samples for retrospective laboratory analysis. The purpose of this standard is to establish the necessary general requirements and to give examples of possible methods and equipment for sampling and monitoring of radioactive noble gases. This standard is a complete expansion of the current standard GB/T 7165.3-2008, which is only applicable to portable and mobile radioactive noble gas sampling and monitoring equipment fixedly installed in the gaseous exhaust stream. Including monitoring all occasions where radioactive noble gases may cause radiological hazards. Equipment is designed to work under normal operating conditions as well as under emergency conditions (including during and after accidents). Depending on the nature of the emergency conditions, it may be necessary to install equipment designed specifically for normal operating conditions and other equipment specifically designed for emergency conditions. This standard applies to radioactive noble gas samplers and monitors that provide the following functions: -- measure the volumetric activity of radioactive noble gases and their changes with time in the workplace, the gaseous exhaust stream of the discharge point, and the environment; -- Perform measurements during normal operating conditions and under emergency conditions (including during and after accidents); -- activate an alarm when the preset volume activity or concentration or preset total emission activity is exceeded; -- determine The total activity of the gas emitted within a certain time frame and (or) provide information on the composition of different gas mixtures emitted; -- Sampling and retrospective analysis of air or gas containing inert gases. Radon containing isotopes 219Rn, 220Rn and 222Rn is a naturally occurring radioactive inert gas, which is not considered to be measured in this standard. The presence of radon and its progeny may significantly interfere with the correct measurement of the noble gases covered by this standard. This standard specifies the general characteristics, general test methods, mechanical characteristics, electrical and electronic characteristics, radiation characteristics of equipment
