Scope

This standard specifies the principle, test conditions, test methods, result calculation and test report requirements for the determination of the loss rate of preservatives in preservative-treated wood in contact with moist soil. This standard applies to the evaluation of the loss rate of preservatives in preservative-treated wood in contact with soil (grade C4A) under laboratory conditions.
