《GB/T 30075-2013LED用稀土氮化物红色荧光粉》由TC229（全国稀土标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了LED用稀土氮化物红色荧光粉的产品分类、要求、试验方法、检验规则及标志、包装、运输、贮存及质量证明书。
本标准适用于经高温反应制得的Eu2+ 激活的氮化物红色荧光粉,其在300nm~550nm 激发下发出红光,主要用于紫外或蓝光LED芯片激发的LED发光器件。

Scope

This standard specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation, storage and quality certificates of rare earth nitride red phosphors for LEDs. This standard is applicable to the Eu²⁺ activated nitride red phosphor produced by high temperature reaction, which emits red light when excited at 300 nm~550 nm, and is mainly used for LED light emission excited by ultraviolet or blue LED chips device.
