《GB/T 30331-2013仓储绩效指标体系》由TC269（全国物流标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了仓储活动绩效管理中仓储绩效指标体系设立的基本原则、仓储绩效指标体系、可测量的关键绩效指标（KPI）以及绩效评价方式。
本标准适用于仓储经营活动的绩效评价。非经营性仓储活动绩效评价可参照执行。

Scope

This standard specifies the basic principles for the establishment of the warehousing performance indicator system in the performance management of warehousing activities, the warehousing performance indicator system, measurable key performance indicators (KPI) and performance evaluation methods. This standard applies to the performance evaluation of warehousing operations. The performance evaluation of non-operating warehousing activities can be implemented by reference.
