本标准适用于重大和特别重大地震灾害的灾情应急评估。一般和较大地震灾害可参照使用。

Scope

This standard specifies the content, methods, procedures and technical requirements for emergency assessment of earthquake disasters after an earthquake occurs. This standard is applicable to disaster emergency assessment of major and particularly major earthquake disasters. General and large earthquake disasters can be used as a reference.
