Scope

This standard specifies the terminology, basic content and requirements of watch after-sales maintenance services, as well as related requirements for complaint handling, service evaluation and continuous improvement. This standard is applicable to watch after-sales maintenance services of watch manufacturing enterprises, sales service enterprises and independent watch repairers.
