《GB/T 30507-2014船舶和海上技术 润滑油系统和液压油系统 颗粒污染物取样和清洁度判定导则》由TC137(全国船用机械标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了从润滑油系统和液压油系统中动态或静态提取流体样本的方法。
当需要对润滑油系统和液压油系统中的流体进行分析时,需进行正确的取样操作。
为了取得可靠的和可对比的分析结果,取样宜在指定的条件和操作环境下进行。
当系统达到工作温度时,从紊流状态的流体中取样,这种方法称为动态取样。若不能动态取样,可以从系统油箱中取样,这种方法称为静态取样。
注:静态取样过程中,尺寸大于20μm 的颗粒物迅速沉淀。
本标准规定了动态和静态取样以及样本装瓶的方法。
通过过滤装置提取样本并与“标准玻片”进行比较,为相关设备制造商制定使用手册提供参考。
Scope
This standard specifies the method for taking dynamic or static fluid samples from lubricating oil systems and hydraulic oil systems. When fluids in lubricating oil systems and hydraulic oil systems need to be analyzed, proper sampling operations are required. In order to obtain reliable and comparable analysis results, sampling should be carried out under specified conditions and operating environment. When the system reaches the operating temperature, sampling from the turbulent state of the fluid, this method is called dynamic sampling. If dynamic sampling is not possible, samples can be taken from the system tank. This method is called static sampling. This standard specifies methods for dynamic and static sampling and bottling of samples. Samples are extracted through the filter device and compared with "standard slides", providing reference for relevant equipment manufacturers to formulate user manuals.
