本标准规定了齿部为冷精密锻造成形的直齿锥齿轮锻件的结构要素、尺寸标注及测量;并根据冷精锻工艺的特点,提出了冷精锻直齿锥齿轮的优化结构形式。
本标准适用于在压力机上,齿部最终采用精密冷锻工艺成形的直齿锥齿轮锻件,其大端端面模数≤10,齿部直径≤.180mm 的锻件。
Scope
This standard specifies the structural elements, dimensions and measurements of straight bevel gear forgings (hereinafter referred to as "cold forgings") whose teeth are formed by cold precision forging; Optimal structural form of bevel gears. This standard applies to the forgings of straight bevel gears whose teeth are finally formed by precision cold forging on the press, whose big end face modulus is ≤10, and the diameter of the teeth is ≤φ180 mm.
