《GB/T 30709-2014层压复合垫片材料压缩率和回弹率试验方法》由TC406(全国非金属矿产品及制品标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国建筑材料联合会。
本标准规定了层压复合垫片材料(两种或多种化学性质不同的材料叠层复合在一起)在室温下短时压缩率和回弹率的测定方法。
本标准适用于层压复合垫片材料。本标准不适用于长期加压下层压复合垫片材料的压缩率(通常称作“蠕变”)或回弹率(相反的通常称作“压缩永久变形”)的测试,同时也未考虑在非室温情况下的测试。


Scope

This standard specifies the method for the determination of short-term compression rate and rebound rate of laminated composite gasket materials (two or more materials with different chemical properties are laminated together) at room temperature. This standard applies to laminated composite gasket materials. This standard does not apply to the compression rate (commonly referred to as "creep") or rebound rate (the opposite is usually referred to as "compression set") of laminated composite gasket materials under long-term compression. Tests at non-room temperature conditions.
