《GB/T 30752-2014道路施工与养护机械设备 沥青混合料搅拌设备 安全要求》由TC328（全国建筑施工机械与设备标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本标准规定了生产建设和维护交通线路(道路、飞机场等)、挡水建筑物、水坝墙壁、涵洞等所用的沥青混合料的固定式和可移动式搅拌设备的安全要求。
本标准适用于以下设备:
a) 沥青混合料搅拌设备;
b) 冷料搅拌设备;
c) 沥青材料再生处理设备;
d) 天然沥青处理设备;
e) 沥青结合料存储设备。
本标准涉及有关沥青混合料搅拌设备预定使用和在制造商可预见的条件下使用时的所有重大危险(见第4章)。本标准规定了消除或减小这些重大危险所产生风险的适当技术措施。
本标准未涉及可燃气体引发的危险,也未涉及由机械式和气动式输送设备引发的危险,例如带式给料机、螺旋给料机、板式给料机、转阀、带式输送机、螺旋输送机、气动输送机、压缩机和泵。
本标准不适用于在生产沥青混合料过程中移动的机械,也不适用于生产混凝土的机械。
本标准适用于其实施之日后制造的机械。

Scope

This standard specifies the safety requirements for fixed and mobile mixing equipment for asphalt mixture used in the production, construction and maintenance of traffic lines (roads, airports, etc.), water retaining structures, dam walls, culverts, etc. This standard applies to the following equipment: a) asphalt mixture mixing equipment; b) cold material mixing equipment; c) asphalt material recycling equipment; d) natural asphalt processing equipment; e) asphalt binder storage equipment. This standard deals with the intended use of asphalt mixing plants and all major hazards when used in conditions foreseeable by the manufacturer (see Chapter 4). This standard specifies appropriate technical measures to eliminate or reduce the risks arising from these major hazards. This standard does not address the hazards caused by flammable gases, nor does it involve the hazards caused by mechanical and pneumatic conveying equipment, such as belt feeders, screw feeders, apron feeders, rotary valves, belt conveyors, Screw conveyors, pneumatic conveyors, compressors and pumps. This standard does not apply to machinery that moves during the production of asphalt mixture, nor does it apply to machinery that produces concrete. This standard applies to machinery manufactured after the date of its implementation.
