《GB/T 30786-2014色漆和清漆 腐蚀试验用金属板涂层划痕标记导则》由TC5（全国涂料和颜料标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准给出了腐蚀试验用涂漆钢板或试件划痕的方法,这些涂漆钢板或试件上涂层体系干膜厚度小于500μm。本标准是以一些协作试验为基础制定的,这些协作试验没有进行确定划痕适用性的腐蚀试验。
本标准适用于在下列材质的金属板或试件上划痕:
―――钢;
―――化学处理的钢;
―――铝或铝合金;
―――化学处理过的铝。
不适用于在镀锌金属板、电镀金属板或包铝的试板上划痕。

Scope

This standard gives a method for scratching painted steel panels or test pieces for corrosion testing, where the dry film thickness of the coating system on these painted steel panels or test pieces is less than 500 μm. This standard was developed on the basis of some collaborative tests, which did not carry out corrosion tests to determine the applicability of scratches. This standard applies to scratches on metal plates or test pieces made of the following materials: - steel; - chemically treated steel; - aluminum or aluminum alloy; - chemically treated aluminum. Not suitable for scratching galvanized metal panels, galvanized metal panels, or aluminized test panels.
