本标准规定了一种通过在涂漆试板被弯曲时观察其开裂或剥落的情况来评价金属基材上有机涂层柔韧性和附着力的方法。
该方法可以用于以通过/未通过试验来评定色漆、清漆或相关产品是否符合规定的试验要求,或者用于测定在不发生开裂情况下的最小弯曲直径。
Scope
This standard specifies a method for evaluating the flexibility and adhesion of organic coatings on metal substrates by observing the cracking or flaking of painted test panels when they are bent. This method can be used to assess whether paints, varnishes or related products comply with specified test requirements with a pass/fail test, or to determine the minimum bend diameter without cracking.
