《GB/T 30841-2014高压并联电容器装置的通用技术要求》由TC45(全国电力电容器标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国电器工业协会。
本标准规定了标称电压1000V 以上交流电力系统用并联电容器装置的性能、试验、安全要求等,提供了安装和运行导则。
本标准适用于装设在标称电压1000V 以上、频率50Hz或60Hz的交流电力系统中用来改善功率因数的并联电容器装置(以下简称装置)。
本标准不适用于下列电容器装置或电容器组:
―――在频率40Hz~24000Hz下运行的感应加热装置中所用的电容器组;
―――电力系统用串联电容器装置;
―――高压直流输电系统用并联电容器及交流滤波电容器组;
―――用自愈式电容器组成的高压并联电容器装置;
―――标称电压1000V 及以下交流电力系统用并联电容器装置;
―――电力滤波装置。
装置中的电容器及各附件,诸如绝缘子、开关、串联电抗器、放电线圈、避雷器、互感器、外熔断器和
控制器等均应符合相应的标准。
本标准的目的如下:
a) 阐述关于装置的定额、性能及试验的统一规则;
b) 阐述装置的分类、主接线和结构;
c) 阐述装置的参数选择方法;
d) 阐述装置的保护方式;
e) 阐述装置的安全规则;
f) 提供安装和运行导则。
Scope
This standard specifies the performance, test and safety requirements of shunt capacitor devices used in AC power systems with a nominal voltage above 1 000 V, and provides installation and operation guidelines. This standard applies to shunt capacitor devices (hereinafter referred to as devices) installed in AC power systems with a nominal voltage above 1 000 V and a frequency of 50 Hz or 60 Hz to improve power factor. This standard does not apply to the following capacitor devices or capacitor banks: - capacitor banks used in induction heating devices operating at frequencies of 40 Hz to 24 000 Hz; - series capacitor devices for power systems; - for high-voltage direct current transmission systems Parallel capacitors and AC filter capacitor banks; -- high-voltage parallel capacitor devices composed of self-healing capacitors; -- parallel capacitor devices for AC power systems with a nominal voltage of 1 000 V and below; -- power filter devices. Capacitors and accessories in the device, such as insulators, switches, series reactors, discharge coils, lightning arresters, transformers, external fuses and controllers, etc. should meet the corresponding standards. The purpose of this standard is as follows: a) to describe the unified rules about the rating, performance and test of the device; b) to describe the classification, main wiring and structure of the device; c) to describe the parameter selection method of the device; d) to describe the protection method of the device; e) Explain the safety rules of the device; f) Provide installation and operation guidelines.
