本标准规定了节水灌溉项目后评价对评价组织、评价资料的要求,以及对过程评价、经济评价、影响评价、目标与可持续性评价、综合评价和评价报告的内容和要求。
本标准适用于政府投资的节水灌溉项目后评价工作。其他资金来源的节水灌溉项目后评价,可参照执行。

Scope

This standard specifies the post-evaluation requirements for water-saving irrigation projects for evaluation organization and evaluation data, as well as the content and requirements for process evaluation, economic evaluation, impact evaluation, objective and sustainability evaluation, comprehensive evaluation and evaluation report. This standard applies to the post-evaluation work of government-funded water-saving irrigation projects. The post-evaluation of water-saving irrigation projects from other sources of funds can be implemented by reference.
