《GB/T 30953-2014水文巡测装置》由332（水利部）归口，主管部门为水利部。
本标准规定了水文巡测装置的产品分类、要求、试验方法、检验规则及标志、包装、运输、贮存、使用说明书。
本标准主要适用于在江河、湖泊、渠道、水库等自然水体上进行巡测的水文巡测装置。
本标准也部分适用于有关水环境(水质)、土壤水分(墒情)参数等移动测量的水文监测车。
有关水文水资源调查车(专用)或水文气象移动实验室可参照使用本标准。

Scope

This standard specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation, storage, and instructions for use of hydrological survey devices. This standard is mainly applicable to hydrological survey devices for surveying natural water bodies such as rivers, lakes, channels, and reservoirs. This standard is also partially applicable to hydrological monitoring vehicles for mobile measurement of water environment (water quality) and soil moisture (moisture) parameters. This standard can be used by reference to the hydrology and water resources investigation vehicle (dedicated) or the hydrometeorology mobile laboratory.
