Scope

This standard stipulates the extraction and purification method of polyphenolic plant genomic DNA represented by tea tree and the test method of DNA purity and concentration. This standard applies to the extraction and purification of plant genomic DNA from tea trees, potatoes, cherries, grapes and other plants rich in polyphenols.
