本标准规定了高通量基因测序技术的术语与定义,测序的原理、技术指标、相关主要仪器、测序试剂及配制和测序方法的要求。
本标准适用于对动物组织、血液、粪便、口腔黏膜、毛发、植物组织、土壤、微生物等生物样品进行高通量基因测序。
本标准适用于单向测序、双向测序、混合样品测序三种类型的测序,也适用于表达谱测序、ChIP测序、癌症研究和分型、miRNA 测序、微生物元基因组、病菌种类的检测、免疫学和免疫疾病工作、甲基化测序、序列多态性检测、临床基因诊断、个性化测序和基因组测序。


Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions of high-throughput gene sequencing technology, the principle of sequencing, technical indicators, related main instruments, sequencing reagents and requirements for preparation and sequencing methods. This standard is applicable to high-throughput gene sequencing of biological samples such as animal tissue, blood, feces, oral mucosa, hair, plant tissue, soil, and microorganisms. This standard applies to three types of sequencing, one-way sequencing, two-way sequencing, and mixed sample sequencing. It is also applicable to expression profile sequencing, ChIP sequencing, cancer research and typing, miRNA sequencing, microbial metagenome, detection of pathogen species, and immunology. and immune disease work, methylation sequencing, sequence polymorphism detection, clinical genetic diagnosis, personalized sequencing and genome sequencing.
