1. Background and significance of standard formulation

As the core component of the photovoltaic industry, the performance and safety of crystalline silicon solar cell modules are directly related to the reliability and life of the entire system. The insulating backplane is an important component to protect the solar cell modules from the external environment, and it undertakes key functions such as insulation, weather resistance, and anti-aging.
