《GB/T 31068-2014普通高等学校安全技术防范系统要求》由TC100（全国安全防范报警系统标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为公安部。
本标准规定了普通高等学校安全技术防范系统的基本要求、防护要求、系统技术要求和检验、验收、维护要求。
本标准适用于按照国家规定的设置标准和审批程序批准设立的全日制普通高等学校(含民办,以下统称学校 )新建、改建、扩建的安全技术防范系统。其他高等教育机构(学校)可参照执行。

Scope

This standard stipulates the basic requirements, protection requirements, system technical requirements and inspection, acceptance and maintenance requirements of the security technology prevention system of ordinary colleges and universities. This standard is applicable to the new construction, reconstruction and expansion of security technology protection systems of full-time general institutions of higher learning (including private institutions, hereinafter collectively referred to as schools) established in accordance with the establishment standards and approval procedures stipulated by the state. Other institutions of higher education (schools) can refer to the implementation.
