Scope
This standard stipulates the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation, storage and safety requirements of diesel oil components produced by direct coal liquefaction. This standard is applicable to diesel component oil produced by direct coal liquefaction process.
