Scope
This standard stipulates the requirements for the classification of coal yards, stacking operations, coal quality management, coal handling operations, prevention of spontaneous combustion, fire prevention, explosion prevention, rain prevention, flood prevention, and environmental protection. This standard is applicable to all types of coal yards in coal production, circulation, consumption and other links.
