本标准适用于利用卫星、飞船、空间实验室、空间站等各类空间飞行器开展的科学实验研究活动。
利用探空火箭、高空气球等其他飞行器开展的,以及在其他天体上开展的科学实验研究活动可参考使用本标准。


Scope

This standard specifies the workflow of the whole process of space science experiment project from project initiation to project completion. This standard applies to scientific experiments and research activities carried out by various space vehicles such as satellites, spaceships, space laboratories, and space stations. The use of sounding rockets, high-altitude balloons and other aircraft carried out, as well as scientific experiments carried out on other celestial bodies can refer to this standard.
