本标准规定了黑箱暴露的术语和定义、试验原理、试验场地与设施、试验装置与仪器、环境条件及环境因素监测、试样、试验周期、试验操作、试验中断、试验后处理、试验记录、数据处理及结果表述和试验报告等。
本标准适用于利用黑箱暴露试验装置进行以金属和合金为基材的车辆有机涂层、复合材料、塑料涂层、粘结剂等的自然环境加速试验,其他高分子材料也可参照采用。
Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions of black box exposure, test principles, test sites and facilities, test devices and instruments, environmental conditions and environmental factor monitoring, samples, test cycle, test operation, test interruption, test post-treatment, test records, Data processing and result expression and test report, etc. This standard is applicable to the natural environment accelerated test of vehicle organic coatings, composite materials, plastic coatings, adhesives, etc. based on metals and alloys using black box exposure test equipment. Other polymer materials can also be used as a reference.
